Hotel Raffaello - Prague

The staff even helped me with a local taxi number on my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas!

You guys made our stay very comfortable. Everything was great during 1 day, thoroughly enjoyed its magnificent and particularly good location just off the center of the city, other public transport and the main Wenceslas square: D

we were there for 2 nights, overall had a quite comfortable stay. hotel was so incredibly beautiful and excellent.

A lovely stay in Prague 🇨🇿

Super location, we could walk to everything! The room was really clean and comfy, just what we needed. Breakfast was a lekker spread, so much tasty food to choose from, we ate like kings!

Only downside was the street noise at night, but we managed to sleep fine.

Size of the room was great!

They just had a confort on the bed, which was toooo hot for this time of the year and the room had no air conditioning!

The breakfasts were large and unique with olives, muesli plus cheese, couldn't ask for anything better. The location was stunning, at a short distance from Wenceslas Square.

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

Our family room was spacious and perfect location near metro and tram access-just a quick ride to historical sites!

We felt the constant shaking of subway trains beneath us, which honestly disrupted our peace .

Good location reception staff very helpful hotel had a nice feel.

The breakfast at Raffaello was a feast for the senses, with artisan bread that could make a baker weep! I also enjoyed the cooler fan in my room that kept me chill during the summer heat and the easy access to nearby tourist attractions-such easy!

Check-in was a bit of an ordeal. I thought I could waltz in at 10pm, but the door code turned out to be a ghost story, and I was left waiting for a friendly stranger to let me in.

Hours too short (7h30-10h) for breakfast

This is non-qualified 4-star hotel. 1St thing is the stair case and lift system. Can't get directly to every room and even the receptionist. Can only reach there by stair case. Don't understand the meaning of lift. 1St night, no air-condition. 2Nd day, never change towels and clean properly. I have skin problem after 2 days stay. And few more points that make us so disappointed with this hotel.

I had a very spacious room at raffaello with a desk to work on and a little fridge for cold drinks. It was located right next to the red metro line. Plus, the daily cleaning.

The receptionists, and night porters, were always extremely helpful if we ever needed any advice or information.

Amicable staff and absolutely perfect location close to the national museum, everything was good. Location: the hotel was so close to the square about a 5/10 minute walk and night bus to the airport. It was within walking distance of Dustys Burger, where you can have lunch.
